My daughter has a beautiful lab/golden retriever mix. She's about 5 years old needs a good home. She loves kids and is good with other dogs. She has had all of her shots and has been spayed. Lucy needs an open yard to play in. She tends to want to explore if she can't see out of the fence.  2 Kittens
One male tabby that is 6 months old is up to date on shots and the owner would consider having him neutered before his new owner takes him home. He's super sweet and great with kids. He does have a tendency to run into the busy street nearby. He needs an inside/outside environment with a fenced-in yard. His cousin is a sweet, female calico that is about 6 months. She is also up to date on shots. She is nervous around children or any loud noise. She's a snuggler and would make the perfect naptime companion in an adult-only home. Both kittens are litterbox trained put prefer the outside. They are also accustomed to a small dog to play with! The owner is content on holding on to them until she can find a suitable home either together or separately. We work quite a bit and haven't been able to give our dogs the attention they want and need. We do want them to have good homes. We are in Abbeville and the dogs would need to be picked up. Cruiser is about 3 years-old. He is also a mixed breed, rat terrier and chihuahua. Cruiser is a loving and playful dog. He could use a good grooming. He's an all-around kinda guy! | |

This is an unaltered, Chocolate Lab/Pit Bull mix. This boy is approximately 1 1/2 years old and weighing about 25 pounds. He's the color of chocolate with a patch on his chest and was rescued from quite unfavorable conditions. The rescuer can no longer keep him and would like to find him a great home as soon as possible. Leroy has not shown any aggressive traits and can be very sweet. He has been exposed to young children and several older children and reacts to them with love and playful licks. The rescuer lives in a residential area without a fenced-in yard, she is offering a health check, heartworm check and rabies vaccination. Leroy will also have his bag packed with food and a leash. "We can't keep our black and white Tuxedo girl, Squirt, anymore. We can't afford to keep so many cats, and we don't want to have to take her to a shelter. She's somewhere between short hair and long hair, and has had one litter of kittens, all of which are very healthy. Her left front paw was slightly damaged when she was hit by a car before we took her in, and it had healed too much before we found her. It didn't heal quite right, so she's got a bit of a limp, but she can walk just fine. Send me an email if interested. She's a lap cat, and a sweetheart." Tommy is a beautiful 2 year-old, domestic, shorthair mix that loves to eat and hates baths and vacuums. He is active, curious and healthy. He was found in a garage sale, the woman found him and his brothers in a plastic bag on the bayou, he was a newborn kitty and has been with Nikki and his other feline friends since. Tommy prefers the indoors and is accustomed to napping. Gandulf is a 2 year-old purebred that enjoys a good toss with plastic ball or the occasional live frog! He, like Tommy, loves to eat but hates baths, vacuums and someone playing with his tail. Gandulf loves the indoors as was found at a catterie. He has one blue eye and one gold, but that's just the beginning--this boy is a true treasure. Sundance is a sleepy genius. He's curious about everything, but balances his knowledge with a leisurely nap under a bed or in his cat bed. He's a 6 year-old, orange and white tabby that loves to be brushed and hates baths. Sundance's toy of choice is a catnip mouse. Zeus is special. He was rescued from a kill shelter and has learned the art of wrestling! He's a 3 year-old grey tabby who loves to run in the house and find his next wrestilng competition. Zeus is an indoor boy that loves any toy and good nap in his catbed. He has a pet peeve for baths and vacuums as well!
